Education and Teaching
Graduated Sacred Heart College, San Francisco, 1917; attended California School of Fine Arts, San Francisco, 1919-1922. Moved to New York in 1923; returned to California and Berkeley, 1924. Taught in his studio in San Francisco; California School of Fine Arts, San Francisco; University of California Extension, 1920s and 1930s. Art critic for San Francisco Call Bulletin.
